For this project, the brief was to create a brand identity for a surf-skate brand. The aim was to create a modern feel to the brand, while still being true to the surfing culture.

The logo features a surfskate board with the brand name WHIR. I incorporate a wheel in the H, to distinguish the brand from a surfboard brand.

Then, a minimalist color palette comes in to reinforce the modern aesthetic. This helps to contrast with other surfing brands that have a more vintage feeling to them.

As extras, I designed a letterhead, business card, and pictograms; in order to have a full brand identity package done.
